Terms and Conditions of T8 Untrodden Travels:

1. Booking and Payment:

• A 50% advance payment is necessary to secure your booking. The remaining 50% balance must be settled 30 days before your departure date.
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
• Prices are quoted in the USD and INR currency and are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

For any cancellations, please send a written notification via email to T8 Untrodden Travels at hello@bhutanuntrodden.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receiving your cancellation details. The following cancellation charges will apply:

• Prior to 60 days of arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
• Prior to 45 days of arrival: 25% of the total tour cost.
• Prior to 30 days of arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.
• Prior to 15 days of arrival: 70% of the total tour cost.
• Within 15 days of arrival: 100% of the total tour cost.
• For any COVID-related cancellations, a full refund will be provided.

3. Travel Insurance:

• It is strongly recommended that travelers have adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during the trip.
• T8 Untrodden Travels is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to lack of or insufficient travel insurance.

4. Itinerary Changes:

• T8 Untrodden Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, and activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
• Any changes made will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible, and suitable alternatives will be provided.

5. Health and Safety:

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the chosen tour.
• T8 Untrodden Travels may require travelers to provide relevant medical information or documents if necessary.

6. Travel Documentation:

• Travelers are responsible for carrying all required travel documents, such as passports, visas, permits, and vaccination certificates.
• T8 Untrodden Travels can provide general guidance but is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

7. Liability:

• T8 Untrodden Travels strives to provide safe and enjoyable travel experiences but cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third parties, natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Travelers participate in the tours at their own risk.

8. Privacy:

• T8 Untrodden Travels respects the privacy of its customers and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
• Personal information provided by customers will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating the booked tours and services.

By booking a tour with T8 Untrodden Travels, travelers acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
